Staff Spotlight - Michelle Fletcher

You may recognize the familiar voice of Ms. Michelle Fletcher when contacting the law firm of Prentice|Long PC, as she has been part of the Legal Assistant team since its inception in January, 2015. “I love the people I work with most of all, and the family atmosphere at the firm – we are always here for one another,” recalls Michelle.
In addition to preparing many legal documents for multiple attorneys, Ms. Fletcher also manages the firm’s Child Dependency Service case files: ensuring summaries are properly prepared and updated, litigation files are securely maintained, and documents needed for litigation are collected and organized. “Michelle has worked with me for the better part of fifteen years, “states Firm Partner, Margaret Long, “she is a brilliant legal secretary, great supporter and one of the strongest people I have ever met.”
Though born and raised in the Redding area, Michelle left for a couple of years to attend Legal Assistant schooling in the greater Sacramento area. She has been married 18 years and has four amazing children and a couple four-legged creatures she loves spending time with; she is absolutely thrilled to welcome her first grandchild later this fall. Michelle also enjoys gardening and spending time at the beach. The law firm of Prentice|Long PC would like to thank Michelle for her many years of dedicated service!
