Gretchen Dugan

Gretchen Dugan is a law clerk at the Redding office of Prentice|Long, PC. Gretchen joined the office in 2019 and assists with all facets of attorney assignments including Code Enforcement, Cannabis Abatement, Receiverships, Public Guardian, Unlawful Detainers, Subpoenas, Public Records Act requests, CPS Appellate Briefs, and Fair Hearings conducted with the Office of Administrative Hearings.

Ms. Dugan graduated from University of California, San Diego, in 2002, with her Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in political science and a minoring in classical studies. In addition, Ms. Dugan recently completed her first year of law school at Northwestern California University. Prior to her time with us, Ms. Dugan worked with the Solano County Public Defender’s Office as a Legal Secretary for five years. After this time, she served four years as a Legal Process Clerk at the Shasta County District Attorney’s Office. She also has experience as a Registered Legal Process Server with Shasta County, and was born and raised here in the Redding area.
